Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform.

1. Cancellation Requests

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the seller or dispatched, the request may not be accepted. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Orders for perishable items such as flowers, food, etc., cannot be cancelled. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the delivered item is of poor quality, subject to verification.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our customer service within 1 day of receipt. The seller listed on the Platform will verify and decide further action.

4. Product Not as Expected

If the product received is not as described or expected, you must notify customer service within 1 day. Appropriate action will be taken after evaluating your complaint.

5. Manufacturer Warranty Issues

For items covered under a manufacturer's warranty, you are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for support or replacement.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Recharge Now, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
